Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope that you are happy with your purchase of mineral wool. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your mineral wool for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your mineral wool must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at office@quellelaine.fr with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your mineral wool.

Refunds

Once we receive your mineral wool, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your mineral wool. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of mineral wool that has been used or is not in its original packaging, unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at office@quellelaine.fr to arrange for a replacement or refund.
