Frequently Asked Questions

Mineral Wool

What is the minimum amount of wool I can order?

Wool is sold only as full pallets, unless otherwise noted with the product.

What is the waiting time for mineral wool delivery?

Next to each item, directly on the product card you will see information about the approximate delivery time. If you have additional questions, please contact us.

What is the delivery cost?

You can check the cost of delivery when you add an item to your cart. However, it is not displayed with all goods. The cost itself depends on several factors: the type of product, the quantity ordered, the place where we are to deliver the goods. If you have questions, please contact us.

Can I pay for the goods upon delivery?

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility because we do not send products cash on delivery. Transportation of goods is carried out by shipping companies and not by courier services, which are not authorized to collect cash from the customer. We also do not offer such a service because the logistics process is too complex, in case the customer does not collect the goods.

Betonyp

What is a cement-bonded particle board?

Betonyp is a general construction board that is made using wood shavings, portland-cement, water and a small amount of additives depending on the intended use of the boards, and then the whole mixture is fed under a press that gives the final form to the boards.

Where can I use cement-bonded particle board?

Used in many branches of industry and construction, slabs are also increasingly finding their way into the interior design industry, where they fit perfectly into the canon of modern construction. The combination of environmentally friendly materials - wood chips and cement - ensures above-average mechanical strength and resistance to fire and water.
Floors and facades made from Betonyp panels are resistant to mould, fungi, rodents and insects, and the even and smooth surface provides an ideal base for insulation, plaster and facade paint. Increasingly used, permanent shuttering is gradually replacing traditional methods, as it does not require dismantling and forms a monolithic surface with the building structure. The versatility of the panels makes it possible, in many cases, to dispense with gypsum boards or OSB, which are susceptible to water and not resistant to fire.
